Fellow Store Owners, your Association's Board
of Directors has created its Plan of Action. The plan is in
two parts, namely, a Short Term Plan and a "Long Term Plan".
We have also prepared a letter that was sent via Certified
Mail on Tuesday of this week to Mike Eskew, Chairman and CEO
of UPS. Copies of the letter were also sent to each member
of the Board of Directors of UPS. After reading your
concerns and issues as stated in your emails we have taken
the first step in what we hope will be a successful campaign
to modify the Business Model under which we all operate and
if possible to compensate those that have been financially
damaged by UPS's recent policies. Please follow the
